We are the music makers, we are the dreamers of the dream. I was pretty much a
loner when I first began playing guitar and bass at age 10. Having a lot of
free time, I studied books and magazines and tried to absorb all I could from
them and from watching performances and concerts of my favorite bands. I am
heavily influenced by Steve Harris, Geezer Butler, Stu Hamm, Cliff Burton, Paul
McCartney, Flea, Les Claypool, as well as many others. I spent most of the
hours of my teenage days in my basement jam room learning all I could. I
attended Hochstein Music school for 2 years, taking bass and vocal theory. I
have played for such local band as Black Eyed Rosie, Cheeze, Falling Twelve
Stories, Boneyard Bash as well as others and have sat in with many other bands
as well. I play 4 and 5 string basses as well as fretless. Recently, the metal
band Steel Kingdom, Found me in the corner of a dark wet cellar pulling at my
straight jacket with my teeth waiting for a metal band that is above and
beyond. Well, they are all that and more. My chains are off, and a new
full-length album is now in the works. Playing for Steel Kingdom has been like
a dream come true for me. I thank them and am very honored to be a part of
something this amazing. Also, I want to give a big shout out to all the friends
and fans out there that support us and all local music. We have a chance to be
out there because of your loyalty. Keep the Metal Alive!!!
